1. Service Overview
Media Dynox Pvt.Ltd. offers a range of digital marketing and Development services, like SMM, SEO optimization, Social media management, including all services.
2. Confidentiality
We understand the sensitivity of the information you share with us. Media Dynox Pvt. Ltd. is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client data and information. We will not disclose, share, or use any confidential information for purposes other than providing the agreed-upon services.
3. Client Responsibilities
During the project activity instruction, it is the client’s responsibility to provide us with clear guidelines along with the flow or particular details you may require. When such details are not provided, we will continue with our understanding of your demand and quote accordingly.
4. Payment Terms
I. Payment terms will be outlined in the project proposal or service agreement. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the suspension of services. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. 50% Advance 25% after home page finalization and 25% on completion before Uploading on the live Server.
II. GST (18%) and any other taxes as regulated by the Govt.of India or any other Govt .Authorities will be levied over and above Media Dynox Charges, and the same will be reflected in the invoices that we will raise.
5. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property developed during the course of providing services, including but not limited to software, designs, and content, will belong to Media Dynox Pvt. Ltd. until full payment has been received.
6. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the services with written notice if the other party breaches any material obligation provided in these Terms and Conditions. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date.
7. Limitation of Liability
Media Dynox Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use our services.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the cyber law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of India.
9. Modifications
Media Dynox Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
